We were tasked with working alongside their existing talent team to improve the minority representation of their teams by hiring exceptional, diverse software engineers.

It is our fundamental belief that diversity is about thriving, not presence.

It is not enough just to tick a box. We knew that the key to creating exceptional experiences for their customers was dependant on harnessing the power of Diversity. Finding diverse talent in the games industry is an industry-wide challenge. However through participating in our Diversity Champions program, and hosting frequent events & training, we found diverse, kick-ass candidates for EA, fast.

This approach enabled us to raise the bar so that we could successfully find diverse, exceptional candidates who could help create exceptional experiences for EA.

THE RESULTS

Since we started work with Electronic Arts in April 2020, we have successfully:

  • Hired more candidates than any other agency for EA in 2020
  • Sourced a significant number of exceptional female engineering hires
  • provided the strongest ratios of interview to hire
