Diversity Champions is a free mentorship program that brings gaming professionals together to empower the underrepresented in the gaming industry.  

We pair Proteges and Champions in the gaming industry to help professionals and Gaming Studios harness the power of diversity.

The Diversity Champions program is completely FREE to participate in. Our goal is to create ground-breaking change in the Gaming Industry.

We want all of our members to grow into future leaders within the industry and unleash innovation through diversity.

Whether you are just starting out in your gaming career (Protege) or looking to empower your colleagues through your years of experience in the industry (Champion), we can help.

CHAMPIONS PROTÉGÉS

How it works

We pair ambitious Proteges with like-minded Diversity Champions who mentor, encourage, advise and empower.

We strive our best to pair Proteges and Champions as effectively as possible by taking into account your job role, experience, background, and ambitions to ensure both parties have a fulfilling experience. We also host events throughout the year to encourage opportunities to meet new gaming professionals and to help champion each other.
